The Canadian Chiropractic Guideline Initiative (CCGI) has produced a series of PDFs with rehabilitation exercises for neck, back and shoulder issues. These series are based on research based best practices.
Each PDF also contains links for each exercise to a video on the GGCI YouTube page showing how to do the exercise.
