 This is an exercise often beneficial for people with ongoing back, hip or pelvis issues, especially post partum women

Seated Low Back & Hip Stretches

This 4-exercise stretching series for the hips and low back includes the Figure 4, the Campfire, the knee/shoulder, and the seated lunge stretches.  

Supported Neck Mobility

 Often patients need a way to mobilize their stiff neck safely.  This is a video I did in 2020 when there were no in-person visits, but it is still a great exercise.  

Pelvic Floor Breathing Rehab

Sometimes the first part of any routine is to learn how to breathe again. This is especially important for post partum women AND people who have chronic and recurrent low back pain.  CES is an invaluable resource for patients and clinicians alike.

Yoga with Adriene - Low Back Pain

A regular stretching routine is great to keep your low back and hips moving well.  This YouTube channel has MANY great videos to follow for increasing mobility in any area of the body!

McKenzie Exercises for Disc back pain

This is a series of exercises often recommended for discogenic low back pain. 

BB12 - Shoulder rehab Exercises

The Buchberger 12 is a time-tested series of shoulder rehab exercises.

Full Body Exercise Routines

This is part of a video series from a team called Tiff x Dan.  It was recommended by several patients as a more intense, strength building routine.  If you are looking for something more advanced to just "play & follow", take some time to explore the range of their videos HERE. But remember... start small, progress gradually & take breaks as needed.

CCGI REHABILITATION PROGRAMS

 

The Canadian Chiropractic Guideline Initiative (CCGI) has produced a series of PDFs with rehabilitation exercises for neck, back and shoulder issues.  These series are based on research based best practices. 

 

Each PDF also contains links for each exercise to a video on the GGCI YouTube page showing how to do the exercise.
